You have to have it made, as Trabase is not a site. It is a widget which can be embedded in a site. We don't make sites, but if you need help, we can recommend companies who deals with it for affordable price.
I have a website, I would like to fit Trabase in. What should I do?
You have to fill in a form which can be found on Trabase.com. We make your access and code in one working day. So it can be used next day.
I haven't got a travel agency, but I would like to have Trabase. What should I do?

I am an IATA office, can I sell my flight tickets?
Yes, you can sell your own flight tickets under your own IATA office ID. Clients of Travelport with own IATA office ID can be put in Trabase. Afterwards the bookings coming from the web or office get in the GDS with your own office ID. If you have a Travelport NetBook contract we make your web booking system in a few minutes if you haven't got one you have to contract with Travelport.
I am not an IATA office but I have an IATA partner. Can I sell their tickets?
Yes you can but your partner have to be Travelport client.

What GDS can be used with Trabase?
What hotel distribution systems can be used with Trabase?
Our partner is the British GTA and the Israeli GoGlobal who has the contents of 17 hotel distribution system and 15 chain. It contains for instance Hotelbeds, Miki, Travco etc. and hotel chains like e.g.:Best Western, Boscolo, Hilton, Choice...

How can I set the prices?
The system always provides net prices, you can add your own margin. As far as flight tickets concerns you set your service fee which has to be paid after each ticket, with hotels you set your margin. With both products you can set various parameters. You can create your own business policy by fine-tuning the prices according to for instance destinations or dates.
Can I set special prices in the system?
Yes you can, according to date or destination or a certain price of a hotel can be advertised on the site.
Do I have to use the same pricing in the web as the office?
No, you have a number of different options to create special office and different web prices.
Can I fine-tune the pricing e.g.: to increase my margin according to airlines or destinations?
Yes, you have a detailed list of parameters that can be set up on the Marketing tool page.
Payment
How does the passenger pay in the office appliance?
This is up to you. In the office booking you collect the money from the passenger.
How does the passenger pay on the website?
If you are a Tour Operator the passenger pays to you directly by bank card, money transfer or cash in the office. If you are a Travel Agent, the passenger will pay to you directly in the office or by bank card on the web to your Tour Operator partner. More info on the Booking engine page.
How do I pay for the flight ticket?
If you are an IATA office, you pay the way you have paid so far. If you are not a IATA than you pay according to your contract with your IATA partner.
How do I pay for the accommodation?
If you are a Tour Operator you pay to your Supplier partner (GTA or GoGlobal so far). If you are a Travel Agent you pay to your Tour Operator partner according to your contract.
What is my margin and how does it appear on my bank account?
On flight tickets you have the service fee and you pay the net flight price to BSP or your IATA partner. On hotel bookings you have your margin that is set up with the help of our price policy tool. According to the payment mode and your status in TraBase (Tour Operator or Travel Agent) the payment goes directly to your bank account or you will receive the commission from your partner.
General
What’s the catch? The offer sounds too good, what’s the margin of Trabase?
The catch is that TraBase is in IT solution for the travel industry. You have to pay for the IT solutions of course, but we are not wholesaler, we do not have any margin on touristic services. We only make the content available for you on the same price that you could have directly from the suppliers.
The other catch is that all our products are tested in real circumstances. The ideas are not from theory but we have been developing our own dynamic packaging travel portal for years and now we make our tools and experiences available for you.
Who is YTON?
YToN has been dealing with development and maintenance of travel related software for more than eleven years.
Air: YToN built the first Hungarian online flight booking engine in 2000. YToN developed in 2005 the NetBook online booking tool to Travelport Hungary.
