YToN

has been dealing with development and maintenance of travel related software for more than eleven years.
Air: YToN built the first Hungarian online flight booking engine in 2000. YToN developed in 2005 the NetBook online booking tool to Travelport Hungary.
Hotel: YToN was the first making hotel GDS content available on the web for B2C use: GTA content at chemoltravel.hu in 2005.
Dynamic packaging: YToN has been the first and still the only one team in Middle Eastern Europe that has developed a dynamic packaging booking tool. YToN introduced Triplanet.hu in 2008 that soon will become a regional travel portal.

The team:

Robert Banki Managing Director
Robert is a transportation engineer studied at the Technion Israel and Technical University of Budapest. He also studied journalism and worked as a freelancer for a few years. He worked for Malev – Hungarian Airlines as internet manager for 2 years then he founded YToN in 1999. He has been directing the company since its foundation. He believes that you should not do anything on the web that you could do anywhere else. Unfortunately he sometimes does things on the web that he should not do even there.

Zsolt Wagner CTO
Zsolt has been working for YToN for eleven years which seems so long that he can not even remember what happened to him before working for YToN. He has been leading the development team of YToN that was only him in the first 1-2 years, now it is a team of 5 developers.

Vera Juhasz Product Manager
Vera had studied mainly IT but a little law also. Before settling down at YToN she was sometimes manager, sometimes developer. She had worked for TeleMedia, IQsoft, and Port.hu where she was international IT manager, later founded and had led the Romanian Port.ro company for three years. Nowadays she enjoys the travel industry makes good use of her previous experiences in other industries, she is the “mother” of TraBase and she knows everything about the “child”.

Andras Daranyi Communication Advisor
András has glasses and never does any sports. He has got a lawyer degree, beside he learned Diplomacy, Science and also Advertising Theory. Previously he was the Editor in Chief of Pesti Est, creative consultant of the Est Media Group, then worked as the editor of Hungary’s first social media research. He’s experimenting with social media marketing and experience communications trying to adapt them on YToN’s brands. He is a communication advisor or something alike. Married with a boy and a girl. Beware: He finds out a lot of stupid puns jeopardizing the physical safety of himself and colleagues.

Gyorgy Gosi Developer
Gyorgy is programmer he has been strengthening YToN’s team since 2010. According to his degree, he is indeed an economist specialized to the tourism. He also worked for a 4* hotel in Britain for half a year so he as an IT professional could understand the ‘other side’ as well. This is the experience that he can use when developing systems to end users.
